Question

my daughter is four months old with a constant

               my daughter is four months old with a constant 102.4 tempertature scince last night and I haven't taken her into be seen yet. But she has diarrehea that is very runny and green and chunky with some mucus in it, a cough, congestion, lethargy, and is very cranky. She can't sleep and is up constantly but won't move around. She won't eats or drink anything. She also has two spots on her lower spine that stick out and are red and hard. What should I do?
