my doctor just increased my B.P. meds from 250mg to 500mg of methyldopa but kept the atenolol 50mg twice a day and it seems to have bruoght down the top # a bit but the bottom # is way high on a average my bp has been 186/116 p70 isnt worse to have the # close together
