Reply to Alexander Irvine's Post: No she was not knocked out. Sha was able to leave the car and walk home. Her eyes seem normal other than one is black.

I want to take her to the hospital, but she is refusing to go. We don't have health insurance, but if this could be dangerous I need to know. Thanks

Clearly i'm not there to examine her , as would be the best option, but from what you have told me I'm not too worried.

If however she devlops a headcahe, becomes drowsy , confused or vomits you would need to get her to a hospital ASAP.

As mentioned - gettng her checked out at the moment is the most appropriate course of action.

Reply to Alexander Irvine's Post: Thanks for your quick response. Is it Ok to give her Aspirin or Tylenol? If she develops other symptoms I will take her to the emergency room.
