i am 34 years old and i had my tubes tied in 1996. ever since then i have been having irregular periods(2 a month) and blood clots that are associated with pain. all my pap smears come back abnormal since my tubal. i have had pre-cancer cells on my cervex 2 times now. i am due to see my doctor again and i am afraid to go because i fear that the pre-cancer cells have come back( they did a procedure called cryotherapy twice). what i'd like to know is when i go see my doctor again and if i do have pre-cancer cells again, should i talk to my doctor about having a hysterectomy?
