i have pains in the pelvic region & groin. my doctor says its muscle pains, but i havent had this problem w/either of my other 2 pregnancies. i am much smaller than i should be and i am getting my 2nd ultrasound at 28-30 weeks. i am about 23 weeks now. they couldnt find the sex of it and said there was only 1 in there. but i hear from other people that there could still be 2.

Already Tried:
relaxing, but it doesnt help unless i stay lieing down a whole night, then its just light or no pain when i wake in the morning. doesnt do anything to sit & rest a few minutes
