deviated septum

I had repair surgery done for a deviated septum. It has been about4 days now, and this morning I woke up blowing my nose...pretty good. Lots of blood, but it feels like the same side is blocked again. Could I have broken something loose? Could it just be swollen? I'm miserable and my appt isn't for another 5 days. I don't want to go throught that again. thank you...Cathy R.
