numbness in right foot and lower back pain
Sent to Health Experts September 24 01:29 PM

hello. i have had lower back pain in the last week, that feels like my spine is being hammered on from the top of my neck. and all the pain is in my lower back, deep inside that no massage can help. in the last two days, the top of my right foot, near the toe and up the bridge of my foot has been numb. it doesnt quite ride up my leg, but there is an odd sensation in the back of my leg (not numb though). i exercise every day, and am getting married in two weeks, but haven't been terribly stressed. what could this be caused from? i have not called or seen a doctor yet.
