I am having recurring pain in the right side of my abdomen.

I am having recurring pain in the right side of my abdomen. Some days it's intense, other days it's achy. I had a hysterectomy 12 years ago and had scar tissue removed once. I don't know if this is the same thing, or what? I don't know what to do. It seems to be making me quite nauseated as of late. Thanks!
