Green stools can be caused by a few things, but most often, from eating many green leafy vegetable or a food item with green dye. Unless you are experiencing pain with the stool, it is nothing to worry about. If you are experiencing pain, it may have something to do with your bile secreted by your liver, in which case, it would be a good idea for a doctor to intervene.
