A testicular lump can be due to many things including hernia, epididymitis, infection, testicular torsion, cancer, spermatocele, and varicocele. This is something you need to see your doctor about for an exam and testing, to determine what the exact cause may be. You should see your regular doctor, but you might be referred to a urologist.
