I have had a headache for a year now, minus 5 months. I have had 4 lumbar puncture, (2 blood patches, and one to put the radioactive fluid in me to check fuild loss) If I am up for more than 30 minutes my headache gets worse, when I lay down it isn't as bad. The test came back and said there was no leak. I have been seeing the same doctor since January and he is about to send me to Wake Forest because he just can't figure it out. It is not migraines, and I can't work again until this is figured out. Please if anyone has suggestions please help me.
