I am currently 19 weeks pregnant. My doctor says that my cervix has softened, but is still long. There is no dilation. Should I be concerned?

Reply to Alexander Irvine's Post: I have had a leep procedure on my cervix 5yrs ago. I was in for my routine ob appt. I go every month to her. I also see a specialist every two weeks to ck my cervix and how the baby is growing. I have high blood pressure. Last week I was told my cervix was fine.

That is fairly "intense" ante-natal care.

It seems somewhat excessive in my opionion.
