I am 25 year old female. I had this happen about 6 months ago... and it went away so I didn't go the the doctor. But it happennend again today, I am a little worried. My lower abdomen is sore and my I have back pain... I am a graduate student and have found it hard to get my work done b/c I am experiencing extreme fatique. What should I do? And what are the possible diagnois...
