I was diagnosed with ITP 2 years ago.I had my spleen removed and have been in remission 17 months,my doctor recently diagnosed me with anticardiolipin syndrome and put me on 1 regular aspirin a day.My question is will the aspirin cause my thrombocytopenia to come back?
