I have been having trouble with bowel movements. I have hard stool that comes out in pebble form. I've been having bright red blood and bright red bloody mucus. Yesterday I had bad abdominal pain and ended up with diarrhea that almost made me faint. I was drenched with sweat and freezing. It subsided for the night and when I woke up this morning it started again with bright red blood and bright red bloody mucus,abdominal pain, menstral cramp like symptoms, heartburn, and weakness. I was suspecting IBS but my husband thinks it might be hemroids. I don't have hemroids unless they're on the inside. What's going on?
