What does mild leukoaraiosis mean? Did I have a minor stroke?

This is the result of an MRI I had done. "There are several small noncontract enhancing areas of increased T2 signal intensity within the periventricular white matter bilaterally. These lesions are nonspecific and are most likely the result of ischemic gliosis or lacunar infarcts. The ventricules are normal in size. Impression: Mild leukoaraisis. What does all of this mean?
