I was cleaning my ear and the end of the Q-Tip fell off. How do I get it out and what do I do if I can't get it out?

I suggest to you to see a doctor preferably a ear-nose-throat specialist or go to an Emergency Room. I do not recommend you or someonelse trying to get it out because of the danger of the ear drum rupture.
