Why am I suddenly bleeding from my butt??
Sent to Health Experts October 25 10:47 PM

I have been bkeeding bright red blood (no mucous no clots - well 1 clot and that was the second day) from my butt. It is only when I pass a bowel movement that I see any signs of bleeding and it is mostly upon wiping that the blood is noticed, now, however the first 4 days would also produce a toilet bowl of bright red (water) again, however, only if make a bowel movement. I have not experienced too much discomfort until the last two days wherein I am having sharp pains vs. cramping or soreness, as there has been none of that. I don't eat much red meat, I drink alot of water and very little soda daily. I only have 1 cup of coffee each morn ing and my alcohol intake is minimal. I am 36 years old and a female who is generally in very good health. What could this be? I am going on (6) days now and don't want to go to the doctor as I don't want anything stuck into my rear end to diagnose the problem I would prefer it just going away. Any thoughts?? Thanks
