aI'm have trouble peeing... it start right after

aI'm have trouble peeing... it start right after swimming.. yestorday, i been only going a little bit.. then stop. about 5 min lattle i only pee a tiny bite more.. after the tiny bite. it feel like some stab me. ( pain lvl about 6) then it stop just as fast as it started,
