head ache

I have a headache, it has been about 2 weeks, but the last 4 days have been horrible. It is in one location on the right side of my head, just real sharp, it is affecting the whole right side of my body. Pain in my neck, tingly fingers, achy on right side. The whole right side of my head has a dull pain in it but this one spot is real sharp. I went to the doctor he thought it might be muscle and gave me celebrex, it hasn’t helped. I have blurred vision out of my right eye and I am very nausea. Do you think this is worth persuing or should I just keep trying the celebrex and assume my doctor is right?
