right swollen and badly bruised calf

my right calf has been swollen for about a week now, decreasing in the amount of swelling, but still swollen. Now, I am having really bad pain in that area behind the knee cap, I can not fully straigten my let or put any pressure on it. There is also a tendor lump perhaps almost the size of a gold ball on the upper part, back side of my calf, right near the pain
