I went in for my pap in January because I was spotting blood inbetween my periods. While the doctor was checking me, she told me that my cervix was inflamed, so she game me some antibiotics for the inflammation. She sent the pap in for testing which took 5 weeks. Everything came back normal; there was nothing wrong. But, I'm still spotting blood inbetween my period. Does that mean that I need more antibiotics? If the results came back fine and normal, then why am I still spotting?
Does it mean that my cervix is obviously still inflamed? Do I need more medicane?
