Hello my friend,

I understand your concerns and I will do everything I can to help you. I am also available to answer any follow up questions that you may have. I can certainly help to give you an idea of what may be going on however do keep in mind that you would need to be seen by a doctor to be properly diagnosed.

The area between your anus an scrotum can become tender for a variety of reasons. There is a little piece of skin closer to the anus also called the chode which can become inflamed at times. Rashes are prone to develop in this area from time to time especially with men who work out heavily or are involved in sports. This can happen because of excess sweating in that area. Fungal infections are known to show up in these areas which can cause extreme discomfort. Some times fistulas can show up down there which is one characteristic of chron's disease. This could also be hemorrhoids protruding from the anus. Since this can be a variety of things I feel that you should see a doctor as soon as possible for a proper diagnosis.

I hope this helps. Please click on accept otherwise please request more information. I am always here to help you.

Have a wonderful day!

Sarah :)

Is that the same area as the Prostate? or can you feel the prostate from the outside of your body?

hey I hate to keep bothering you as it is just scary. It seems that the inflmamed area is closer to the skin but just under it! infact when I had it look at about 6-8 months ago the docter said it was nothing! but now it got irritated somehow and is probably the size of a peanut and a walnut, it is also causing redish to the skin a little it is painful to the touch, so sitting here is really uncomfirtable!
