Regular seroxat (paxil), the correct spelling if the new medication is citalopram, it could be a different name within the US

Would it be advisable to start taking 10mg for a week or so of Citalpram or go straight to 20mg?

Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy).

As a pharmacist, I would recommend to go straight to 20 mg, if it is the dosage prescribed by you doctor. However, you should take it as instructed by your doctor.
