I'm sorry that was a no brainer question the second part of which did not print through. I received the answer earlier today from an associate, but have a portion unanswered with respect to Pegasys/Ribivarin treatment for genotype 3a and the risk of further lung damage and/or breathing difficulties occurring as a result of treatment to someone with current COAD and since birth apnea (CPAP), who has family members with positive marfans, but does not have marfans, but may have beginnings of pneumothorax which shows as a small clear spot right thoracic xray, but is negative on non contrast ct. I understand if you do not wish to answer this as it was not part of the original question. Thank you.

Hi,
If you could simplify the question, I could try to answer it,
The very exacting case scenario that you are talking about will need a doctor to actually physical examine the patient before making a diagnosis, while an online consultation could be of use to make an educated guess about probabilities in most situations,

Thanks for trying, I have got many hours into the matter and even doctors providing physical exams do not seem to have a clue.
