I was tol a have severe dysplasia. in the last two months the pain has gotten pretty bad. It almost feels like lite contractions,I cant get in to see my dr until the middle of Dec. Please help me

Already Tried:
I call every morning to see if I can get in. Then I Try the nurse. They give me some med but not enough to last but a week.
