Question

what causes rining in the ears that is loud?

I have rining in both of my ears that is loud. I swim weekley and I was told that it couldcome from that. However that didn't happen before. I went to my doctor and they said I had no ear infection but I have to put cotton in my ear because of the ringing. What do you suggest?
