Causes of appearance of small visible nodule (soft) suspect ...

Sent to Health Experts July 19, 2006 8:37 a.m.

Causes of appearance of small visible nodule (soft) suspect lymph node on the right side of my neck. Have minor sinus issues with neck and ear soreness, right ear fullness, some teeth issues on that side, but the nodule doesn't seem sore. It is located on the upper neck midway between end of chin and ear and about 2" below jawline near the cartoid artery. When I feel it is seems to match the lymph node on the other side of the neck but it is visible when I look at my profile. Does not feel hard, but moves around. My neck skin is tighter on that side. Only noticed it because I was putting on make up so i don't know how long it has been there. What could cause this?

You may have a sinus or ear infection or an infected tooth in the mouth causing this lympnode to swell. You may need to be treatedwith antibiotic . I suggest to you to see a doctor.
