I have lost the ability to grab a gallon of milk out of the fridge, get a 24 oz. drink from a drive through, or get my mail out of the mailbox. Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),

Do you have any other medical problems? When did you develop the pain in your elbow? Was this at the same time that you list the ability to grab the milk? How long has this been going on? What is the timeline of the rash? What did your doctor think the rash was? What are you taking for the rash?

Does the motrin help the pain? Any other symptoms? Numbness, tingling? Anywhere else in your body? Any vision problems? Headache? Fever?

I do have some depression, restless legs and my husband has told me latley that I am very restless during sleep. I have hit him and held his head and jaw. He said I breathe very heavy then hold my breath and then tense up. I don't remember any of this. I sometimes cannot go to sleep even after my meds - ambien, tranzodone , requip. I am on effexor and wellbutron for depression. The pain in my elbow started in October with the ability to grab milk. I had already had some problems with gripping things and opening items for the past several years. I got the rash on Saturday evening and it is still present. The dr said it was just an infection and I have tennis elbow. I have already taken naprosen and wore a brace for 3 weeks for tennis elbow and had no results. My pt thinks I need something more but the dr does not at this time.I am on cefadroxil 500mg. for the rash. I have one te on my left foot that stays swollen and red with some pain. I do have occasional tingling in the tips of my fingers and toes. My neck has had very little range of motion until I started seeing a chiro and that has helped. Still get a knot in my should area. I have had some headaches. Recently a pretty bad headache on Friday and a subdued headache several days leading up to Friday and several days after Friday (until Sunday). No fever.

ACCEPTED Check Mark

Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),

It sounds like you should be evaluated by a neurologist. The fact that you are having the weakness in your arm such that you cannot hold the milk is concerning and possibly more weakness than one would expect from a tennis elbow. The neck pain and headache may be related or separate, but this should be evaluated by a neurologist who can examine you and evaluate for sensory or motor deficits in your arms, legs, head and you may have.

I am here to answer any more questions that you may have and I hope you are able to get evaluated by a neurologist. Please let me know how you are doing.
