i am wondering what might be going on with my

i am wondering what might be going on with my elbows. It started with one and now the other has the same symptoms. It is tender to the touch on the top bone. If I bend my arm and point my elbow straight out at a 90 degree angle from my body and turn my hand, it is painful while my hand turns, but not a constant or continuing pain. No fevers or pains shooting down my arms or anything. However, I have also noticed that to grip any kind of weight with my hand and lift the item up, even just a short distance, causes discomfort.

Already Tried:
am trying not to tak too many drugs...like tylenol/ aspirin/ etc... am wearing tensor bandages at work, but although they feel good they don't obviously protect me from the physical aspects of my job as a retail meatcutter in a large busy grocery store...heat feels best...

You should show your doctor for this. You could be having Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) or Golfer's elbow (Medial Epicondylitis). Your job predisposes you to this. The common treatment for this is rest, ice application and an elbow support. If this does not help, you will need to approach a doctor for a higher level of treatment, such as medications including steroid injections, etc. You can check up these links for more information:
