I recently fell at work and caught myself with my other arm, which I jammed my arm, I was told later I chipped my elbow. It has been a week, and it still hurts very much to move it, and I don't have the full range of motion like my other arm. How long does this take to heal and should I seek a orthopedic doctor?

Right. There is inflammation in there that is causing pain. If you have been resting it and taking ibuprofen, and it isn't responding, then it is time to take it to the doctor for more assistance. An orthopedic doctor would be the one to go to. If the inflammation continues, there can be permanent damage. Things are already starting to stiffen up. You also said you had lost some range of motion, and you need some exercises to get that back up.
