Hi, I have COPD, just recently (4 days) I started having deep gurgling sounds and can feel fluid in my chest while breathing, when I cough, I cough to the point of seeing white flashes, then I'm light-headed, I am consistantly tired after these fits also. When i'm laying down or sleeping I don't have the cough or the weezing, gurgle.
Last night while sleeping, I was awakened by incredible pain in my Right arm, I turned my light on and my hand to the elbow were blue, and tingling.
I guess I need to know if I should go to the hosp. or not, being I didn't cough that much today and I feel a little better.
