I have a question about a problem with the inside of my right bicep. It's been a problem for about 2 days, no change better nor worse. If I look at the inside of my right bicep I have a swollen line about 4 inches long, and upon feeling the area there almost feels like a tendon of some sort pushing against the skin in that area. I think it's red due to this consistant pushing underneath the skin of whatever the problem is. It is very sensitive to push, and I get a tingling in my hand from doing so. I don't seem to have any limitations to flexibilty at the elbow or rotation at the shoulder. But I haven't tryed lift too much with that arm..Any ideas? Thanks.
