i have a small rash between my elbow and wrist ...

i have a small rash between my elbow and wrist "on the soft side" that is also on my neck and right near my bellybutton it looks like heat rash could it be a sign o hiv

Please describe the appearance of the rash as best you can -- such as color, is it raised, etc.

Were you outside in the Sun before the rash developed?

This sounds like a silly question but I assure you it is not: For you by any chance drinking anything that contained lines or lime juice or cellery before you develop the rash?

Is there pain or itching with the rash?
