Reply to James's Post: No sports, have had arthritis all of adult life but the elbow thing is new. It is a burning sensation in almost a circular configuration. It feels like the tendonitis I have in my shoulder but now it is there and both arms. It has only been like this a couple of weeks and I am wondering if it might be fibromyalgia.

I am always fatigued, but I am 58 years old.

When you said you were fatigued and the way you describe the pain makes me think of fibromyalgia but you need to see a doctor just to rule out arthritis or tendonitis which may need to be treated differently. If this answer helps please hit the accept button. Thank you.
