Do you mean that you want to build muscle in the thighs or in the calves?

Reply to Dr.M.D.Mazumdar, MD(O's Post: I have vary boney knees and I get pain in them vary offtin, I have no growth of muscle in my lower thigh area even though I have definition in my upper thigh, I just wont to billed some strength and stability in my knees and stop some of the pain I have.
