should i be concern about minor aches on the left

should i be concern about minor aches on the left side of my chest, and what should i do? its been hurting for the last few hours off, and on

What does the pain feel like?

Does it hurt to push your chest in the area where the pain is?

If so, do you exercise regulary or play sports?

Does it hurt to breath?

Any shortness of breath?

Any other symptoms?

it feels like a someone is gripping on my chest on the left side, and i tryed lying down, but it didn't seem to work.
