For a few days I have had trouble eating. Everytime I eat a little i get very full and nausous. I sometimes feel lightheaded also. Do you know what could be wrong with me? I am sexually active and have had unprotected sex once but he pulled out. I am expecting my period in the beginning of January and I have been to the gyno this week so I dont think I'm pregnant. I have been stressed out and am trying to relax but I wish I could go back to eating full meals. Please help me if you know what is wrong, thank you.

Hello, Customer (name blocked for privacy),

Have you taken any medication? I believe your problem is most likely the stressed out feeling you mentioned and perhaps worrying about the unprotected sex you had. Stress can cause that sense of fullness and nausea and even pain and cramping. Exercise may help relax you, as will a warm bath. Gaviscon is often helpful for the nausea.
