I just found out that I am pregnant. my only concern is the fact that I am currently overweight. I am 5'3 and weight is 222. what options to I have to loose weight while being pregnant? I am currently taking yoga classes and lost 5 pounds in one week. but know hat I found out that I am 3 weeks pregnant I don't know what I should do.

Hello,

In these circumstances you can't diet & you can't do sternous exercises.

All you have to do is keep yourself active & do only mild exercise like walking.

You have to eat healthy but don't overeat.

You need the services of a dietician who will create a diet chart for you.

You have to keep your weight same as it is now. Because if you go far dieting then the foetus will not get the desired diet so you can get organic food that is good for you.

How about the hot yoga classes that I am taking. i really like the class but should i be doing hot yoga?
