I am 54 years old and have struggled with my weight all my life. At least isn't nothing new!! Anyway, I find it harder than ever to lose weight. I exercise at least 45 minutes a day -- sometimes more, and always watch what I eat. My only vice is just one glass of wine or one shot of brandy with no calorie tonic. I do not eat sweets. My thyroid was checked, and it was normal. However, I have noticed my temperature is always lower than average, my blood pressure is low, and I am constipated. I do have good energy, though, and don't feel cold. Any suggestions? I am really not up to starving, eating 800 calories a day and exercising for two hours a day. I already watch what I eat and exercise. I am discouraged and have just about given up. Do you have any ideas? I am 5 feet 8 inches and weigh 190.
