It doesn't mean you have a fast metabolism. Everyone is different when it comes to sweating etc. Sweating is the way our body helps to regulate our body temperature. As this helps lower the body temp, so you don't overheat. Whether it be via hot weather, exercise, fever etc.

It's when there are other symptoms that should be of more concern, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, rapid or irregular heartbeat.

Not to compare you or anyone to a dog. But just as a dog would pant, this is how they lower their body temp back down.
