Im a 20 year old male, i workout 5 days a week for about 2 hours each day, the past 2 days my nipples, the center has been getting sore...i have heard that the sweat and the salt can cause this but i would like to hear it from a doctor on what i should do..thank you

I sweat a ton during a workout my shirt is completely drenched.

now what about under armor? its a very tight athletic apparell..and should i use the topicals before i go to work out tonight?

under armor should work well. it is specifically designed to help reduce moisture and friction. i would also consider using the vasoline or place tape or band aids over the nipples to reduce friction. if your nipples are currently irritated i would recommend applying an antibiotic ointment and then band aids over them.
