I train in jiu-jitsu which is basically wrestling with submission holds. The training requires an intense level of muscular endurance. Which is better for muscle endurance and overall cardiovascular fitness: a good rowing machine or the Airdyne Exercise Bike? I would be doing quite a bit of interval/tabata exercises on this machine. If your choice is a rowing machine, do you have any recommendations?
