nose hair

I have an earache, tender facial issues and it hurts when I touch my hair. I have had a fever for a week now 102-100 degrees. I first had a stuffy9 nose for a few day and now the nose issue is gone. My entire head feels like a bruise.Also blurred vision. What could this be?

I am a 34yr old Male. No chronic illnesses, I am taking soma. Never had any headaches before except when I had a tumor on my skull in the back. That was many yrs ago. I am in so much pain right now. This does not even remotly feel like a sinus infection
