My 1st CDC tests are as follows:
WBC 14.4
RBC 5.62
HEMOTOCRIT 50.4
NEUTROPHILS (ABSOLTE) 9.1
MONOCYTES (ABSOLUT) 1.3
My 2nd set od tets are as folows:
WBC Count 15.7
Neutrophils = 75
Neutrophils (absolute) = 11.8
What may be the cause? I feel fine and have no symptoms other than a slightly bruised muscle on my left buttock.

Well looking at your labs, you're probably a smoker, and your white blood cell count is fairly high, which could possibly be signaling that there is a brewing infection somewhere in your body.

Without symptoms though, I can't guess where the infection may be coming from. Or it could be nothing at all, so I wouldn't worry too much about it, unless the bruise on your left buttock was from some sort of trauma, which then could explain it. Also if you had abrasions or a puncture of skin in that area, you should watch it for infection.
