my husband is experiencing extreme pain in his right cheek ...

my husband is experiencing extreme pain in his right cheek bone, behind the right eye and in the jaw area more so towards the back, the pain has continued for two weeks, more frequent now, he has been to the dentist and he has seen an ENT, and she has told him to get a CAT scan done, because nor she or the dentist found anything, what could it be?
