my son is almost 3 years old. he woke up last night with horrible diarreah. he woke up 4 different times last night each time after a bowl movement. its green and very liquidy and its burning his skin. he has had 2 more bowl movements today and he has a fever of 100.2. i put him in the tub and i have been putting ointment and baby powder on the area but the diarreah is so acidic it just eats through his skin immediately. what should i do?
