What should I do if my lips swell up?

My kid came home from school today with a fever and a sore throat. I noticed she had a watery eye also. I gave her ibuprofen at 3:00 and again at 6:30. About 8:00 her lips started swelling up. It started with bottom lip and then her top lip.
