my month old infant has a fever of should i take her to

My 5month old infant has a fever of 104.2? Should I take her to the hospital. I gave her fever reducer this morning around 11am for a fever of 103 and at 3pm I checked again and it is now 104. I have just now given her more fever reducer and a cool bath.
