My daughter is 18 months old. she had a fever for 3 ...

My daughter is 18 months old. she had a fever for 3 days of 103.0. She also has had a bad runny nose. After her fever broke we noticed her gums were swollen. and she has sores on her toungue where she cant eat anything but bland soft food. If she bumps her mouth or puts anything in it that might brush up against her gums they start bleeding profusley. She also has horrible breath and has been having a hard time sleeping. What can I do for her or should I bring her in?
